Cylinder Valves

Amit Specialty Gasco has a long tradition in supplying cylinder valves for industrial and medical applications since its origins in the 2004. Gas Valves are used with a variety of technical gases worldwide in many different environments. The valves can be used for technical industrial gases up to 300 bar working pressure (Standard or Residual Pressure Valve models).

GCE valves can be supplied with the following additional options:

Residual pressure valve with non-return valve function
Safety bursting disc
Aluminium or plastic handwheel
Handwheel cap with customer branding
Dip tubes (PVC, brass, copper or stainless steel)
Excess flow restrictor
Nickel or chrome plating on the body
Teflon tape on the inlet thread
Thread protectors

These valves conform to the Indian Standard specification IS:3224 (equivalent to BS:341,part I) for cylinder valves, in every respect. These valves are duly approved by Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur and supplied under BIS Scheme of Certification. The inlet size / stub size of the valves are as per customers requirement in line with the sizes as mentioned in IS:3224.
